Prestera Awarded 1.2 Million for Offender Re-Entry

The Appalachian Re-Entry Assistance project will bring $400,000 a year for three years to our partners and Prestera Center to ensure parolees to Mercer, Kanawha and Cabell Counties in WV are successful and maintained in the community because their mental health and substance use disorders are effectively treated.
