Prestera Center provides health care services that improve the overall wellness and physical health status of those with serious mental illness by providing primary health care services inside the community mental health setting at 3375 US Route Sixty East in Huntington and at 511 Morris Street in Charleston (WV).

Services

This health care services is a collaborative team approach that includes a medical provider, care manager or RN, psychiatrist(s) and therapist(s).

Services include integrated primary and behavioral healthcare available at a single location, referrals to peer support services, care management, and Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP). Screenings measure depressive symptoms, weight, blood pressure, glucose levels, lipids, alcohol use and substance use. Individual and group wellness programs include smoking/nicotine/vaping cessation.

Two primary health care clinic locations are 3375 US Route 60, Huntington, WV (25705) and 511 Morris Street, Charleston, WV  (25301).
