Program Description

The Lincoln Satellite Office provides mental health and substance abuse services for a population base of an estimated 22,000 citizens in Lincoln County. Specific services include: individual psychotherapy, psychological testing, competency evaluations, case management, general support services and psychopharmacological services. Off-site services are provided at Lincoln Primary Care Center, Harts Health Center and Guyan Valley High School Wellness Center.

Programs housed in the Lincoln Satellite Office include:
Intensive Care Coordinator
Children’s Respite Program
ROCS

Days of Operation

Monday through Friday – 8:00am until 5:00pm

Admission Criteria

  • Consumer must be 4 years of age or older.
  • Consumer has a behavioral health or substance abuse diagnosis based on DSM-IV-TR criteria.
  • Consumer demonstrates intrapsychic or interpersonal conflicts and/or need to change behavior patterns
  • Interventions are focused on the dynamics of the consumer’s problems and are grounded in a specific theoretical base that provides a framework for assessing change.
  • The consumer’s treatment plan reflects the consumers articulated goals and documents the need for outpatient services.
  • The consumer cannot be an immediate danger to self/others that would require a more intensive level of care.
