Mission

The essential goal of FACES is developing family unity by providing in home supports and counseling to effectively eliminate the risks of out of home placement for children. A family centered approach advocates for system reforms, improved practice standards and a clear commitment at all levels of the service delivery system you adequately support removing the risks and empowering families with the skills and resources to maintain the family unit.

Description of Services

The FACES program provides services for children between ages four through eighteen. The program is family-centered offering individual and family counseling, parent education, family resource education, behavioral intervention skills, supportive intervention, and a wide variety of advocacy services and crisis intervention.

Satffing Pattern

The FACES program is staffed with three full-time case managers and each of whom has at least a four-year degree in a human service related field. There is also a full time mobile mental health coordinator that handles referrals, crisis services and level one outpatient services. There are two M.A. level therapists that provide individual and family therapy. The program is clinically supervised by a full-time Team Leader who is a supervised psychologist with over ten years of experience working with children and families. Each case manager maintains a maximum caseload of twenty-three clients.
