A complimentary assessment session is offered to detail the services available at each level of care including outpatient, intensive outpatient, short term residential, long-term residential, medically-monitored detoxification, and transitional living. Prestera also is a provider of the West Virginia DUI Safety and Treatment Program, in conjunction with the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles and can provide assessments that meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.

Prestera’s Addictions Recovery Centers employ the largest number of certified addictions counselors of any other behavioral health institution in the state of West Virginia.

Prestera’s addictions division collaborates with nationally recognized institutions like the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) and performs national clinical trials research studies to advance the field of addictions treatment.

Prestera provides the only CARF accredited residential addictions treatment programs in the state of West Virginia. Prestera’s addictions programs are partially funded by the Bureau of Behavioral Health and Health Facilities-Division on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
